Tabata* of the following exercises:
scissor jumps
slam balls
ab rollers
rower
*8 rounds of 20s max effort, then 10s complete rest. One minute rest between exercises
good start to the day. changed it up a bit. did 5 tabata stations for only 4 rounds each with no rest between.
