rest as needed between sets and exercises
8 rounds for time:
10 burpees
15 alternating jumping lunge
20 double unders
25 yd shuttle sprint (5 X 5 yd)
rest 90 sec between rounds
mainsite wod legs were dead for jumping lunge. finished in 20:32 rx'd

ReplyDeleteAfter further analyses, there is no way we count the 90 seconds with our time for 8 rd's correct?
My time was 26:40 counting the 90 second breaks. Without the breaks=18:40 rx'd. Correct me if I'm wrong about the 90 sec. breaks.
