CrossFit Warm-up

Complete 2 rounds of:
Run 8 x 100 m sprints with 20 s rest between
rest 3 minutes
Row 800 meters
rest 3 minutes

Cool-down:
Turkish get-ups (20-40 lb. DB or KB)
3 sets of 5 reps each arm
