Huffin' for stuffin'

25 min AMRAP of:
20 x jumping lunges (10 each leg)
8 x ab rollers
5 x renegade man-makers

  1. the title of wod is borrowed from a Thanksgiving Day run in Bozeman, MT that my friend who posed this wod is running today - cool name.

    Renegade man-makers are different from the CF man-makers done previously on this site. CF man makers involve a total of 3 x push-ups and a squat clean. Renegades have one push-up and no squat with the clean. search youtube for video.
    Ab rollers can be done with a yoga ball bringing legs to chest or with ab wheel for added difficulty. "Jumping" lunges are not "stand-up" lunges.

    completed 10 rounds and 3 jumping lunges; used 50 lb DB and 7" diameter wheel for ab rollers

  3. rx'd 11 rounds used 50 lb db and ab wheel. I had the advantage of going second so I know what I had to try and beat, good wod.
