wod 1 rx'd 12:53. surprisingly push-ups started to slow me down the most,
ReplyDeletewod 2 rx'd in 12:01. 53 air squats immediately after in 1 min. What can I say when you were feed weak sauce from the time you were a baby you don't have much choice but to be a pansy, no excuses just results.
