twice as nice

wod 1:
10 rounds for time:
15 deadlift 135 lb
15 push-ups*

* hand position can vary, chest touch but no tummies or thighs, full extension every rep

rest 15 min

wod 2:
100 back squats 115 lb for time:
every minute on the minute 4 box jumps 30"

immediately post wod2, 1 min max air squats.

  1. wod 1 rx'd 12:53. surprisingly push-ups started to slow me down the most,
    wod 2 rx'd in 12:01. 53 air squats immediately after in 1 min. What can I say when you were feed weak sauce from the time you were a baby you don't have much choice but to be a pansy, no excuses just results.
