90 sec rest between efforts

after 30-20-10 rep rounds of:
db chest press
behind head 2 hand standing db tricep extension
bent over row

post weight used and time to comments

  2. only did 4 rounds; went w/ fam to the track and didn't have my watch. I also played around with some hand stand walks, bear crawls, and lunges for distance along with some burpees and sprints
