3 x cleans, 135 lb
20 x burpees

  1. Switched to shoulder press rather than snatch. 3RM and 1RM were both 135lbs; my next option was 155. Then, did as rx'd in 8:34

  2. this was a strict shoulder press I got 155 but was more a push press for 1 rm, 3 rm was 135. then, rx'd in 9:21. mainsite wods are always harder than they seem at first glance.
