then

500 m row
rest 3 min between efforts
post fastest and slowest time to comments

  1. first wod completed as rx'd in 28:20 that is so embarrassing but hspu and ghd combo really made me dizzy.

    later that day rowed at kiddos tennis lessons at the sports mall it had a rower so I had to take advantage of that. fastest time 1:42 slowest round 1:47. I got a long way to go good night ladies and gentlemen.
