"Discipline" courtesy of sealfit

4 rounds for time:
800 m run
50 air squats
50 burpees

cooldown: 3 rounds plank hold 30 sec on 30 sec off

  2. An air squat is the squat movement with no added weight or equipment (body weight). Optimal form would be with both hands interlocked on the back of the head throughout the movement ensuring that you squat all the way down until your thigh is parallel with the ground and then all the way up to where your hips completely square up.

    For burpees, here is a link to the first video I found of them http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_Dq_NCzj8M Keep in mind this is the standard burpee; get to the ground as fast as you can and then explode up high ensuring hands are above head and hips square to the plane.
