ReplyDeleteran on treadmill. score of 106. liked this one. my right knee has been really bothering me. I'm not sure if just advanced arthritis or injury; I can't even air squat right now. a new knee would be worth a million

Crossfit is a community of athletes that support one another but really if you were to walk into someone's box, a bonified affiliate, and smoke all the members in the wod on that given day I am sure there would be some p.o. dudes, i am sure some would cheer you on, anyway i am not saying i could do that i think i need 2 more years of hardcore training and dieting.
