20 min time limit.
run 1.5 miles
then with remaining time
max reps shoulder to overhead 115 lb*

*every drop of the bar complete 25 sit-ups before continuing. for shoulder to overhead use any way you want, i.e. strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk, etc.

score is total reps shoulder to overhead.

  2. ran on treadmill. score of 106. liked this one. my right knee has been really bothering me. I'm not sure if just advanced arthritis or injury; I can't even air squat right now. a new knee would be worth a million

  3. wow you crushed me, you won this war but the battle still rages on, just kidding nice job. Crossfit is a community of athletes that support one another but really if you were to walk into someone's box, a bonified affiliate, and smoke all the members in the wod on that given day I am sure there would be some p.o. dudes, i am sure some would cheer you on, anyway i am not saying i could do that i think i need 2 more years of hardcore training and dieting.
