1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 reps of pull-ups
complete 20 double unders after each round.
so for example do 10 deadlifts, 1 pull-ups, 20 double unders, 9 deadlifts, 2 pull-ups, 20 double unders and so on.
rx'd 20:02. I need to learn to kip and my grips started to fail after 8 rep deadlift round.
