pity the "Fool"

4 rounds:
800 m run
25 leg levers
25 2-count ab bicycles

then
10 rounds for time:
10 dips
8 back squat 115 lb
6 bench press 155 lb

  1. ran on treadmill first part not timed just get it done as fast as possible.
    10 rounds completed as rx'd in 18:59. started to fail in 7 th round for dips and bench press required reps but could complete back squat required reps all 10 reps probably should of increased weight but I was trying to perfect my form a little better. anyway i got a long way to go.
