runs on treadmill finished in 24:17. tore 2 callouses right off with this one.
ReplyDeleteI'm still broke but I'm back baby. This was a good one. Did runs on indoor track; distance was about 420m. I modified and did a burpee and jumped straight up to pull-up bar which was a little over a foot above my outstretched arms then performed a dead hang pull-up and knees to elbow after. did in 20:54
