  2. 5RM - 220 lb back squat, 185 lb push press, 285 lb dead lift

It is always frustrating to do what should be fundamental lifts and feel so unpracticed and weak, particularly back squat and dead lift.

I wish we were going to the fitness elevated competition this weekend. I am craving some more humble pie.
