10 wall ball shots 20 lb
10 sumo deadlift high pull 75 lb
10 box jump 20"
10 push press 75 lb
10 calorie row (sub 10 burpees)
alternate between movements with a partner, so only 1 partner working at a time. Score is total rounds completed with partner. 1 round consists of each partner completing all 5 movements and reps.
sub 10 burpees for row, did this with the ms. it was a lot of fun, 8 rounds completed, hoping for 10 but time just flew on this.

ReplyDeleteWe altered this and did as many reps you can in a minute. 5 movements each 1 minute with a minute cool down for 3 sets. Kicked my butt.
