i broke my adjustable dumbells more doing manmakers the weights just fall off time for some new ones anyway only completed 2 rounds last night so I did this wod today. finished in 43:29 I took a nap for 15 minutes afterwards, I will have to make up yesterday's wod sometime it looked delicious.
