wall ball shots, 20 lb
SDLHP, 95 lbs
box jumps, 25"
push press, 95 lbs
rower
on continuous clock, do each exercise for 1 minute of max reps then rotate with no rest between exercises. rest for 1 minute after rows before beginning next round. Complete three rounds and then puke.
