wod for 11/12/10

OH squat 1-1-1-1-1
snatch 1-1-1-1-1
clean & jerk 1-1-1-1-1

*try and increase load on each of 15 sets; record 1RM for each

    snatch 85 lb tried to do full squat snatch
    clean and jerk 170 lb

    strength workouts are sometimes hard to do by yourself to find a true 1 rm. i got a lot a work to do on oh squat and snatches especially
