'thrustin 2 for 1's"

3 rounds for time:
115 lb thruster 10 reps
2 for 1 wall ball shots 20 reps
30 sit-ups

  1. this is wod for nov.3 wednesday. 2 for 1's are a wall ball shot that after you throw the wall ball you do an air squat in between the time it takes the wall ball to come back down, catch the ball and squat back down to began another rep, so 1 rep consist of 1 wall ball shot with 1 air squat in between, i will use a 12 lb med ball because that is all i got at a 10 ft target.
