  1. runs on treadmill completed in 24:14. 1.5 pood felt great, pull-ups slowed me down i felt, had to be broken up quite a bit, legs still don't feel recovered on runs but i got through it. this was a wod from 2010 crossfit games, mens champion graham holmberg took first in this event with a time of 16:59, none of the sets were unbroken for kb swings or pull-ups that is a freak of nature.
