"10. 10. 10"

wod:
10 rounds of 10 reps of the following 10 movements for time:
pull-ups
push-ups
sit-ups
squats
double unders
kb swings
box jump
walking lunge steps
knees to elbows
supermans

  1. weight for kb swings, and height of box jump athlete's choice. I used 1.5 pood and 24 inch box/bench. i also subbed ghd hip extensions for supermans. pull-ups limiting factor for me made it through 6 rounds unbroken then broke them up. finished with time of 43:29.
