deadlifts again
strength:
4 sets of 8 weighted barbell lunge
wod:
100 bodyweight deadlifts for time
no matter what rep you are at every minute on the minute stop and do 4 burpees before continuing
i am going to shoot for 135 lb on weighted lunges. rest at least 2 minutes between sets. after wod if you still got something maybe do some intervals/cardio of running, rowing, swim, or bike i don't know this is just an idea maybe wait 3+ hours and do a 5k after anaerobic wod, or nothing i don't know.
I did a good warm-up but was missing my jump rope since I broke it last wod. did barbell lunges with 135 lbs; it felt good. completed wod in 9:54. used 185 lbs on deadlift; only wish my body weight was that and not 180. the wod was tough but I liked it. started off strong but died quickly.
