a couple of couplets

wod:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 rep rounds for time of:
thruster 105 lb
sumo deadlift high pull 105 lb
then straight into
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 , 4, 3, 2, 1 rep rounds for time of:
clapping push-ups
pull-ups

  1. good wod. almost too much for me. maybe i was just tired or maybe just a wimp or maybe the reality of Saturday morning was grinding on me. completed first wod in 15:01 and did second wod in 7:33.

  2. um yeah so friday was crazy i didn't wod it up so a double downed today.
    completed today's wod first, first part in 13:48 rested 3 min and finished second part in 8:48. i almost puked on first part i am felt so out of shape.
    rested 10 minutes and completed wod from friday. used 125 lb for barbell lunges did 3 sets of 10 each leg. then finished deadlift portion in 14:54.
    rested 10 minutes then worked on pose form running on treadmill for 30 min did intervals of 2 min jog 1 min sprint 10 times. all i got to say is that i felt so out of shape today like a fat cow that sounds girlish but whatever. anyway i was glad i got caught up. nice work bro on last 2 days of wod you killed the deadlift.

  3. Had a school competition yesterday and thursday that swallowed up all my time. Did Yoga X today and some burpees and mtn. climbers. Felt stronger on Yoga X than in past. Legs are getting stronger. Shooting for friday's workout on monday since i know that i can do that one at my gym.

  4. good job to me hambone? you seemingly did a week's worth of exercises before you did the deadlift wod and were barely off my time. oh patronization. I get it. just because I'm older than you by a week. I'll bring my A game from now on.
