today i took a rest day. i plan on tackling this one tomorrow. for the wall ball i will probably use 30 lb slam ball as wall ball, other subs i have heard of are 45 lb barbell thrusters or 25 or 20 lb db thrusters.

ReplyDeletesubbed 30 lb ball slam used as a wall ball on a 8 ft 9 in target, runs on treadmill, rest as rx'd. finished in 37:46 this was a doozy.
