15 thrusters 95lb
15 push-ups*

*each round vary push-up position, wide, narrow, diamond, on parallettes, feet up on box, hand release at bottom, etc.

    remaining wod as rx'd completed in 13:58. push-ups on parallettes gives you the ability to really get deep, thrusters just leave me winded.

  2. i modified my work out a bit. My back has been really sore. I ran 1/2 mile in 4 min. WOD in 21:57.
