  2. wod done as rx'd in 21:13. Holy cow i think i am getting more out of shape. round 7 thru 10 135 was heavy but still felt good. My time might of been faster if I had bumpers and did 1 clean and jerk drop weight do 1 again, over and over that is how chris spellman did this in 12:36 crazy sick.
