wod:
run 4800 meters
then
3 rounds for time:
30 ghd sit-ups
20 dips
10 L-pull-ups

strength work not for time:
3 sets of a weight which allows 8-10 reps
db chest press
skull crushers
standing bicep curl

    timed wod as rx'd in 13:03
    strength work completed with 85 db for chest press and 105 lb for bicep curl and skull crushers.

    timed wod in 13:11 (didn't have a place to do GHD so instead did steep decline)
    other exercise completed with 55lb dumbells for chest and 30 lb dumbells for curls and skull crushers... I'm still weak.
