    i took 10 minutes or so on each lift to find max with about 5-7 attempts. then i ate a t-bone, ribeye, and filet mignon because my blood was asking for it. i know i am a narrow minded dweeb i am just talking crazy again.

    yeah i just finished my third steak of the day and I feel great... not. i didn't feel at my best today but who knows. having been sick and then fasting on Sunday cost us something I'm sure.
