Deadlift 225 lbs
HS push-ups
*holding body weight in HS position for
7 seconds works as substitute for 1 x HS push-up
rest 5 mins.
30 burpees for time
*pick target to hit each rep that
is at least 18" above standing reach
the warm-up helped me deal with some soreness. However, deadlifts were weak today. Rx'd 13:02 for Diane and 2:04 on the burpees. My target was a hoop backboard.
ReplyDeletediane rx'd 11:14. my grip is weak 225 felt so heavy, hspu spent after first round broken into reps of 3, 2, and then singles for the last 5. burpees 2:13 that hurt so good. target 12 inch it is so sad i got no hops.
