squats n sit-ups with "Jack"

5 reps each air squat, sit-ups feet unanchored
10 yard sprint down and back
10 reps each

20 reps each
10 yard sprint
25 reps each
10 yard sprint
30 reps each
10 yard sprint
30 reps each
10 yard sprint
25 reps each
10 yard sprint
20 reps each
10 yard sprint

5 reps each

rest a couple of minutes and then do
"Jack"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
115 lb push press 10 reps
10 kb swings 1.5 pood
10 box jumps 24"

    with Jack completed 14 rounds + 3 push press
    bench only 22" i used. rest as rx. I probably did not get full extension on some push presses but I was trying to keep up intensity. I've noticed that is an acceptable excuse whenever bad form is present on wod videos from the mainsite serious but just playin

    completed 11 rounds + 1 push press for Jack - I didn't give in to peer pressure of bad form :)
