"make-up"

3 X 800m interval
2:1 work to rest ratio (so rest half the time it takes to run and repeat)
try to keep 800m interval pace within 5 sec of each other

then for time 3 rounds of:
95 lb back squat 30 reps
95 lb hang power clean 30 reps
30 burpees
