then
21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:
155lb bench press
dips
overhead plate lunge 45 lb plate
knee to elbow in push-up position
for lunges and knee to elbow once to right side and once to left side count as 1 rep
penality for exceeding time limit 100 dips

yesterday i did nothing because i am a little sore as well
I am so ready to have my own gym or go to a CrossFit gym. sometimes the hardest part of the wod is transitioning and working around others. this was a pretty intense wod. I ran on a treadmill for the run. completed wod in 24:22 but was booking it to avoid the penalty. I don't think I would have been able to do the dips; my chest was toast.
